RetireEasy is a matching service. You answer a few questions, and we introduce you to one or more independent, licensed professionals who can discuss retirement planning with you.

That is the whole of what we do.

RetireEasy is not a licensed insurance agency, a broker-dealer, or a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal or insurance advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy any product.

Any description of a product, strategy or figure on this site, including in our videos and on any personalized plan page, is general education. It is not tailored to your circumstances, it is not a recommendation, and you should not act on it without speaking to a licensed professional who has reviewed your full situation.

We do not sell insurance or investment products, and we do not receive commission on any product you may buy.

The professionals in our network are independent. They are not our employees, partners or agents, and we do not control them.

We check that the professionals we work with hold the licenses and registrations they claim. We do not guarantee the quality, suitability or outcome of any advice they give you or any product they recommend. Your relationship with them is yours alone, and any agreement you enter into is between you and them.

If you have a complaint about a professional, please tell us, but understand that your remedy lies with them and with their regulator.

The professionals in our network pay us a flat fee for each introduction. You are never charged, and our fee does not change the price of anything you may choose to buy.

We are paid the same amount regardless of which professional you are matched with, and regardless of whether you speak with them, work with them, or buy anything at all.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States.

You agree that the information you give us is true and is about you, and that the phone number and email address you provide are yours. Submitting someone else's contact details is a breach of these Terms.

By submitting the questionnaire you agree that RetireEasy and the licensed professional you are matched with may contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by automated text message. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to attempt to access parts of it you are not meant to reach, to scrape or harvest it by automated means, or to submit information that is false or not your own.

The text, images, illustrations, videos and design on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third party names and logos shown on this site, including insurance carrier logos, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse us or are affiliated with us.

This site and this service are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any particular professional will be available to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, RetireEasy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site or of any dealings with a professional we matched you with.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to this site or this service will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RetireEasy and its officers and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
